Ava – born March ’06

Ava is a direct daughter of our Anna cow we imported from the US back in 1998. Anna was a Three R’s Octave daughter who calved out evey year during her 14 years here, producing excellent females that stayed in our herd. Ava’s sire was Three Sixes, an impressive young bull we saw on display while attending a Buzzard Hollow sale. He had a  quiet temperament, low birth weight and great general all round appearance. We believe the mating was a good one and Ava is just getting started here at Dora Lee with a daughter working at Elm Tree Farms and her 2011 son working for Frazer Diehl.
