Emma  – born January ’03

Emma is, we believe the only polled Well House Kestrel daughter out there and is a maternal sister to our Elexis cow now working at Anchor D in Alberta. Emma’s genomics profile  has ranked her at the very top of our working herd and she is also ranked in the top 5% percent for feed efficiency within our Simmental breed.

Emma’s first born daughter by LJB Jade was a polled heifer we just did not want to part with however when Greg Star from 4 Star Simmentals, offered us $12,500.00 for her  – well –  to make a long story short she is now working for Greg Star and we are very sure we will hear from her in the very near future.

Emma’s 2011 model, a homozygous polled bull sired by our Equinox bull is working at the farm of Kelvin Egan in Quebec.
